All Sales are Final. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days to email@example.com after the product has been received.
If carrier tracking indicates that a Product was lost in transit, please email a claim for the lost product. For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to our supplier investigation and sole discretion.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Once this information is received we will contact our supplier to share the information. The supplier will provide a replacement product free of charge if they made an error.
